Pilot Assessment

Competency Assessment Methods (Pilot Sessions)

During the pilot sessions, the learning outcomes are assessed through a blended portfolio of practical methods. Each method specifies the activity participants complete, the evidence a trainer collects for the micro-credential portfolio, and the learning outcome it maps to.

Pilot portfolio: Participants are deemed competent for the micro-credential when the portfolio contains the completed MCQ assessment, shift heatmap worksheet, case vignette analysis, boundary script practice record, personal resilience plan, and follow-up activity reflection across the 4–8 week period.
