Outcomes

Needs Analysis. A needs analysis is an important step in designing the MERR training project. It will be consisted of the following activities that intend to identify real existing needs and sound technologies / protocols used for managing effectively the BurnOut effect. These activities are:
-Surveys & interviews
-Mapping good practices
-Desk Research
-Stress management guide

Digital Tools. The expected results of Work Package 3 are related with the development of the digital training tools. The pilot training
activities are also included in this WP.  The expected results for WP3 are:
-e-learning educational web platform
-Educational apps
-e-Repository of Open-Source material

Training Toolkit and Activities. The expected results of Work Package 4 are related with the development of the training content and assessment process for providing the needed accreditation. The pilot training activities are also included in this WP.  The expected results for WP4 are:
-Training curriculum Methodology
-Training material Development
-OERs Development
-Virtual Workshops among partners
-Pilot trainings.

Dissemination. The expected results of Work Package 5 are related with the project results dissemination and exploitation. The second major result of this WP is the development of an impact analysis that aims to assess the impact of the performed activities and their consequent impact of users lives (professionals and end service recipients) and diffuse this analysis for raising awareness on the subject.
The expected results for WP5 are:
– Project branding (visual identification of project, multimedia material, animated videos) and multimedia development
– Impact Analysis
– Exploitation Plan – Sustainability plan
– Workshops
